Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment: All tickets are non-refundable. Full pre-payment must be made for all people visiting The Loch Ness Centre
Standard Tickets: You can change the date and time of your booking up to 9am on the day of your visit for an additional £10 admin fee per booking by contacting us. The transfer of your booking is subject to availability. You can reschedule your visit to a date within the next 12 months. Please note, all tickets booked using a discount code are non-transferable.
Flexi Tickets: You can change the date and time of your booking for free up to 9am on the day of your visit by contacting us. Up to two free changes per ticket. The transfer of your booking is subject to availability. You can reschedule your visit to a date within the next 12 months.
Cancellation: Standard fees for late cancellation are 100% of the booking. To notify us of the potential cancellation of your booking, please contact us.
Arrival / Late arrival: We ask all visitors to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled tour time. The Loch Ness Centre reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitors arriving after their scheduled tour time. The Loch Ness Centre retains absolute discretion as to whether late-arriving visitors will be charged for their tour. Standard fees for late arrival will be 100% of the booking.
No-shows: The Loch Ness Centre retains absolute discretion as to whether visitors who do not arrive for their tour will be charged. Standard fees for no-shows are 100% of the booking.
Refusal of Entry: The Loch Ness Centre reserves the right to refuse entry onto a tour or remove any person who:
a. Arrives late for their tour
b. Is suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
c. Does not respect the historical nature of the attraction
d. Behaves in a manner which is disruptive to the enjoyment of other visitors
e. Behaves in a manner which compromises the safety of other visitors or staff
f. Uses verbal or physical threats or insults toward any member of staff or/and fellow guests
Photography: Photography is not permitted during any tour at The Loch Ness Centre.
Extras: All extras must be redeemed on the day of the visit. Extras are non-refundable.
Personal Belongings: All items, belongings and other property brought into the Attraction by you are at your own risk and we accept no liability for any loss or damage to such property. As such, we recommend that you do not bring valuables to the Attraction.
