Parking
Our guests benefit from complimentary on-site parking, with more than 120 car parking spaces and motorcycle bays to the rear of the site — so whether you're arriving by car or motorbike, we've got you covered.

Cashless Site
Please note, our site is fully cashless, so we won't be able to accept any cash transactions.

Luggage
Please be aware that we do not have any luggage facilities. Oversized backpacks, suitcases and luggage are not permitted inside The Loch Ness Experience.

Garden
Before or after your tour of The Loch Ness Experience, take a moment to relax in our beautiful wildflower garden. It's a peaceful spot to soak up the stunning Highland surroundings, catch your breath, and make the most of your time in Drumnadrochit.

Visitors with Pets
Well behaved dogs are permitted at The Loch Ness Experience; however, please be aware that the experience can be very busy, with loud and dark areas throughout. If you're unsure whether your dog would enjoy the visit, please get in touch with us in advance.

Guests in wheelchairs are able to access all areas of The Loch Ness Experience that are used for the tour. Please note that Deepscan Cruises are not accessible for wheelchairs.
