Any person booking and/or visiting The Loch Ness Centre does so subject to the following conditions. Please review our terms and conditions carefully before making a booking.

- Payment: All tickets are non-refundable. Full pre-payment must be made for all people visiting The Loch Ness Centre.
- Standard Tickets: You can change the date and time of your booking up to 9am on the day of your visit for an additional £15 admin fee per booking by contacting us. The transfer of your booking is subject to availability and cannot be used for any special events or products from our shop. You can reschedule your visit to a date within the next 12 months. Please note, all tickets booked using a discount code are non-transferable.
- Semi-Flexi Tickets: You can change the date and time of your booking for free up to 48 hours prior to your visit by contacting us. Up to 2 free changes per ticket. If the request is made after the 48 hours’ notice, but prior to 9 am on the day of your visit, we can still change your ticket for a £15 rebooking fee. The transfer of your booking is subject to availability and cannot be used for any special events or products from our shop. You can reschedule your visit to a date within the next 12 months.
- Flexi Tickets: You can change the date and time of your booking up to 9am on the day of your visit by contacting us. Unlimited free changes per ticket. The transfer of your booking is subject to availability and cannot be used for any special events or products from our shop. You can reschedule your visit to a date within the next 12 months.
- Cancellation: Standard fees for late cancellation are 100% of the booking. To notify us of the potential cancellation of your booking, please contact us.
- Arrival / Late arrival: We ask all visitors to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled tour time. The Loch Ness Centre reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitors arriving after their scheduled tour time. The Loch Ness Centre retains absolute discretion as to whether late-arriving visitors will be charged for their tour. Standard fees for late arrival will be 100% of the booking.
- No-shows: The Loch Ness Centre retains absolute discretion as to whether visitors who do not arrive for their tour will be charged. Standard fees for no-shows are 100% of the booking.
- Translator: Any groups wishing to bring a translator will be required to book a private tour. To book a private tour, please contact us.
- Photography: Photography is not permitted during any tour at The Loch Ness Centre.
- Extras: All extras have to be redeemed on the day of the visit. Extras are non-refundable.

The Loch Ness Centre reserves the right to refuse entry onto a tour or remove any person who:
- Arrives late for their tour
- Is suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Does not respect the historical nature of the attraction
- Behaves in a manner which is disruptive to the enjoyment of other visitors.
- Behaves in a manner which compromises the safety of other visitors or staff.
- Uses verbal or physical threats or insults toward any member of staff.
