I don’t speak English, what facilities are there for foreign visitors?

At The Loch Ness Centre, you’ll be invited to explore the origins of ancient local and Scottish myths, as well as the real stories and scientific research behind Scotland’s most famous legend of all, the Loch Ness Monster.

The Loch Ness Centre experience lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour.

The tour runs every 10 minutes – from the time of opening to the time of closing.

There will be a £15 admin fee to change your booking with our Standard Admission Tickets. Contact us to change your booking.

Yes, children under the age of 5 go for free on tour.

Yes, pictures are allowed during the tour; however, videos are not permitted.

Our tour is fully accessible for wheelchair users.

There is free admission for carers when accompanying visitors with special assistance. You can book these tickets at the till or by contacting us at info@lochness.com.

Assistance dogs are always welcome at The Loch Ness Centre. While well-behaved dogs are permitted at other times, please note that the experience can be busy, with loud and dark areas throughout.

During July and August, we only allow assistance dogs, as this is our busiest period, and we believe it may not be a suitable environment for pets. If you have any questions,  get in touch with us in advance.

No, our site is fully cashless. We won’t accept any cash payments. Credit and Debit cards are accepted on-site (except American Express cards).
