GROUP BOOKINGS.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

On The Day Of Your Visit

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • All groups are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of their tour (i.e. 13:15 for a 13:30 start time).
  • The Loch Ness Centre reserves the right to refuse entry to any group arriving after their scheduled tour time.
  • Tickets will not be refunded or transferred should a person/group arrive late for their tour.
  • Groups arriving with fewer people than originally booked will be charged for all pre-ordered tickets.
  • The Loch Ness Centre reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who:
    • Arrives late for their tour. Is suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
    • Does not respect the historical nature of the attraction.
    • Behaves in a manner that is disruptive to the enjoyment of other visitors.
    • Behaves in a manner that compromises the safety of other visitors or staff.
    • Uses verbal or physical threats or insults toward any member of staff.
  • Photography and filming are not allowed during any tour at The Loch Ness Centre.
  • Anyone found to be persistently taking pictures or video will be removed from the tour.

Booking

  • To qualify for Group Discounts and benefits groups must comprise of at least 15 persons and must pre-book their visit at least 7 days in advance.
  • Group discounts are not available during peak times and pre-selected dates throughout the year.
  • Groups who reduce their numbers to less than 15 will be charged the standard rates and not receive any discounts or group benefits.
  • All bookings remain provisional until full payment has been received.
  • Once full payment has been received your booking will be confirmed to you in writing.
  • All provisional bookings will be released 7 days prior to the arrival date.
  • To amend your booking please call email groups@continuumattractions.com.
  • The Loch Ness Centre reserves the right to charge for any amendments made within the 48 hour period prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival time.

School Bookings

  • Due to COVID-19 we have reduced our capacity to 18 guests per tour however we understand that this can be difficult for school bookings. Therefore we have upped our capacity for school groups only to 20 (including adults).
  • We require a minimum x1 adult to go down with each tour and 1 additional adult be available above ground in the case of an under 16 having to leave the tour early due to toilet breaks or a medical reason. The Real Mary Kings Close does not take responsibility for anyone under the age of 16 years old.

Payment

  • Full pre-payment must be made at least 14 days in advance of your visit. Please contact us if you are having problems making payments for your group.
  • All payments must be made in pound sterling (£).
  • Failure to pay for your visit will result in your booking being released 14 days before your expected arrival time.
  • Cheques must be made payable to The Continuum Group Ltd and sent to Continuum, St Edmund’s House, Margaret Street, York, YO10 4UX. Please ensure your Reservation Number is noted on the back of your cheque.
  • Credit card payments can be made by calling the Reservations Office. Please request a call to make payment upon booking.
  • If payment is made by bank transfer, all bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A Remittance Advice should be sent to the Reservations Office to confirm all BACS transfers. Your booking will not be confirmed until we have received the payment into our bank.
  • Once payments have been received a receipt will be sent out.

General Information

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival time. The Loch Ness Centre retains absolute discretion as to whether late cancellations will be charged. Standard fees for late cancellation are 100% of the booking. To cancel your booking please email groups@continuumattractions.com.
  • Groups who do not arrive for their tour will not receive a refund on their tickets or have the option to transfer their booking.
  • All tours have a certain capacity. If your group is less than that the remaining spaces will be sold to the general public unless you choose to have a private tour.
  • Any groups wishing to bring a translator will be required to book a private tour.
