The Loch Ness Centre has full disabled access and facilities. Toilets are available on-site for customers only, including baby changing facilities.

Well behaved dogs are permitted at The Loch Ness Centre; however, please be aware that the experience can be very busy, with loud and dark areas throughout. If you’re unsure whether your dog would enjoy the visit, please get in touch with us in advance.

Our guests benefit from complimentary on-site parking, with more than 120 car parking spaces and motorcycle bays to the rear of the site.

Please be aware that we do not have any luggage facilities. Oversized backpacks, suitcases and luggage are not permitted inside The Loch Ness Centre.

A beautiful garden surrounded by wildflowers is available for guests to enjoy before or after their tour.

Please note, our site is fully cashless, so we won’t be able to accept any cash transactions.

Guests in wheelchairs are able to access all areas of The Loch Ness Centre that are used for the tour. Please note that Deepscan Cruises are not accessible for wheelchairs.
