A hydrophone is an underwater listening device. During the cruise, a 60-foot hydrophone is used to capture and amplify sounds from beneath the loch, allowing you to hear natural and unexplained underwater activity.

You’ll enjoy stunning views across Loch Ness, including a close-up perspective of the iconic Urquhart Castle, along with the surrounding Highland scenery.

Each cruise is limited to just 12 guests, creating a small, intimate, and immersive experience.

Please meet near the Groups Entrance at the Loch Ness Centre and arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

The Deepscan vessel includes both an indoor cabin and an outdoor deck, so you can enjoy the experience comfortably in all weather conditions.
