Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: The competition entrants over the aged 18 and over. Employees of Loch Ness Breaks, The Loch Ness Centre, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must like, share, and tag another individual in the competition post. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must include a different tagged person.
- Prize: The prize consists of 2 nights’ accommodation at Loch Ness Gatehouse Apartments in Fort Augustus and a Family Ticket to The Loch Ness Centre. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.
- Prize Validity: The prize must be used by 10th April 2025 and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Closing Date: The competition closes at 11:59 PM on Tuesday, 29th October 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced on Wednesday, 30th October 2024.
- Claiming the Prize: The winner will be contacted via direct message. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen.
- Travel & Expenses: Travel to and from the prize location and any additional expenses are not included.
- Usage Rights: By entering the competition, participants agree to have their name and/or image used for promotional purposes without further compensation.
- Cancellation: The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time without prior notice.
- Acceptance of Terms: By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
